Cistermiser products are manufactured under Quality Management Systems certified to ISO.9001:2015.
All products have a one year parts only warranty from the date of manufacture.
The warranty can be extended, free of charge, to three years from date of installation by completing and returning the Commissioning Checklist as itemised in the Installation Guide (included with the product) or completing our online warranty form.
