The multi-award winning EasyflushEVO is our latest sensor-activated WC dual flush valve that is easy to install, as a retrofit or new build installation.
EasyflushEVO has been specifically designed to save water and be sustainable. There is no flush seal below the water line, so unlike traditional WC flush drop valves it will not leak due to debris, scale, or degradation of the seal.
The unique, patented design, means that no other sensor product offers the same level of confidence by reducing flush volumes via a sensor, or addresses the challenges of leaking loos, in the same way.
Manufactured to high standards, the stylish and robust sensor surround is made from high-grade polished stainless steel and has the options for mains or battery power, out of the box as standard.

Things to check:
Solution: Ensure the power supply is connected. If the mains power is being used through the mains adaptor, then check that the mains adaptor is working by reverting to the battery pack. Remove the mains adaptor when using batteries.
Solution: There is likely to be low battery power. Change the batteries. If the mains power is being used through the mains adaptor, then check wiring and contact Cistermiser on 0118 969 1611 for advice.
Solution: Ensure full flush time is correct (default 3 seconds), so all water is flushed from the cistern. Refer to the EasyflushEVO Installation Guide, Valve set up (section 4).
Adjust flush valve and fill valve height to change the full flush volume.
Solution: Check fill valve and flush valve are aligned with the water level. Ensure cistern is level. Check manual activation lever to down (neutral position).
Things to check:
Solution: Water flowing through the overflow; ensure that the water entering the cistern is being shut off by adjusting the float accordingly. If the float is set too high, water will continuously flow into the cistern and out of the overflow.

Solution: Ensure that the sensor is mounted in the correct position. Refer to the EasyflushEVO Installation Guide, Sensor positioning (section 5).
Ensure the sensor range is also correctly configured. Refer to the EasyflushEVO Installation Guide, Advanced setting guide (section 9).
